Three people have been killed and at least one other injured in a bomb blast in the Ethiopian capital, police said yesterday. The explosion, the latest in a string of blasts in the capital Addis Ababa, occurred as the four men were preparing to make a bomb, police said in a statement released by state media. "Three of the perpetrators of the terrorists act have lost their lives, while the other was caught wounded on Friday," said the statement. No one has claimed responsibility for any of the explosions that have occurred in recent months in the capital. At least seven people have been killed in 20 different explosions since March. However, Ethiopian police blamed archrival Eritrea for being behind Friday's blast and accused the country of providing support to the rebel Oromo Liberation Front to plant the device.
